Monday 2021.06.14
Today, the Second Day of the Biblical Week, I proceeded with reading another four chapters of Genesis in this 2nd OT Cycle which started yesterday.
In my NT reading, I read the remaining ten chapters of the Gospel according to Matthew, leaving me with three more Gospels before I complete my 2nd NT Cycle. Tomorrow I will begin reading the Gospel according to Mark.
I also read chapter 14 of 1 Maccabees. There are two more chapters to go before I finish this long and somewhat tortuous book, after which I will embark on 2 Maccabees.
