In my OT reading from Exodus 29 - 33 today, I read about how the Sanctuary, with all its furnishings and utensils, and the priests themselves were to be sanctified with sprinkling of blood, and with a specially prepared anointing oil and sacred incense.
For my NT reading, I begin my 3rd Cycle with chapters 1 through 4 of the Gospel according to Matthew.
In the LXX Apocrypha, I finished the second last chapter of 2 Maccabees. Tomorrow I will read the last chapter, after which I will read the single-chapter Prayer of Manasses.
